Job summary

National Technology Integrators in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Service Coordinator to orchestrate daily service operations, manage service tickets, schedule technicians, and ensure timely communication with clients.

You will coordinate with engineering, project management, purchasing, accounting, and warehouse teams; maintain accurate documentation and support KPI reporting to drive service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Keen attention to detail to maintain accurate records, documents, and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and document management systems. Experience with Database software is a plus.
• Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and find solutions promptly.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and update service work orders and client records.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians.
• Monitor and follow up on open service calls.
• Provide client status updates.
• Review upcoming schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Verify completed service documentation.
• Process invoices, quotes, and change orders.
• Track RMAs and vendor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Support departmental reporting and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Warehouse teams.
• Assist with project closeout and service transition activities.
• Support material procurement and subcontractor coordination for service activities.
