Job summary

Sudden Service, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our Taylor Machine Works parts and service operations. You will work with customers and field service mechanics to identify maintenance needs and advise on recommended services.

This role involves estimating costs for parts and labor, processing orders for invoicing, and keeping service center paperwork organized. Experience in customer service and basic computer skills are valued, with a focus on accuracy and

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Parts / Service industry coordinating service with technicians and parts personnel.
• Mechanical aptitude or forklift/related field experience.
• Customer-service oriented preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers and Field Service Mechanics to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary services and estimates costs.
• Enters itemized service estimates and explains them to customers.
• Processes service orders for invoicing and maintains paperwork.
• Maintains service center records and files for SSI personnel and vehicles.
