Sudden Service, Inc. provides exclusive worldwide distribution of Taylor OEM parts and forklift service. The role collaborates with customers and field technicians to identify maintenance needs, prepare accurate cost estimates, and process orders for invoicing.

A strong customer-service ethic and organizational ability are essential to support the service center and vehicle records. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in Parts/Service industry and coordinating service with technicians and parts personnel.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain positive customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under time pressure.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record for insurability.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify required maintenance with customers and field service mechanics.
• Advise customers on necessary and suggested services.
• Compute costs for parts and labor to restore equipment.
• Enter itemized estimates on service orders and explain to customers.
• Process parts/service orders in the system for invoicing and recordkeeping.
• Maintain service center paperwork, warranties, and vehicle records.
• Audit expenses and prepare reports for service performance.
