Job summary

Sudden Service, INC, a leading parts and service distributor for Taylor equipment, seeks a Service Coordinator to assist customers and service technicians. You will compute costs, enter estimates, and process orders to ensure accurate invoicing and timely service delivery.

The role requires organization, multitasking, and strong customer-facing skills, with a valid driver's license and basic computer abilities. Experience in parts/service and forklift familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Parts/Service industry preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or forklift experience.
• Experience in a customer-service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify required maintenance with customers and Field Service Mechanics.
• Advise customers on necessary services and compute cost of parts and labor.
• Enter itemized estimates on service orders and explain estimates to customers.
• Process parts and service sales orders for invoicing.
• Maintain service center paperwork, records, and warranty claims.
• Assist in scheduling vacations and staffing to meet workload.
