United Service Technologies (UST) is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations and project coordination. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in service coordination or project coordination.
• HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or foodservice experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects and support scheduling with managers and customers.
• Monitor progress and prepare status updates for leadership.
• Arrange technicians, subcontractors, and resources to meet timelines.
• Coordinate communication among project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and scope.
• Support billing coordination, invoice reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and job readiness with customers and vendors.
• Communicate project changes to team and leadership.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure documentation accuracy.
