Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in service coordination or related fields preferred.
• Experience in a technical service, equipment repair, distribution, or dealership environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with customers and technical personnel.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business management or service tracking software.
• Experience with ERP or service management systems is beneficial.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service operations, including equipment intake, repair scheduling, service completion, and customer pickup or delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, repair status, estimates, and approvals.
• Work closely with service technicians to prioritize work, maintain workflow, and minimize equipment turnaround times.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service orders, repair documentation, and related records.
• Monitor open service orders, identify delays, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate equipment movement between service locations and customers.
• Track loaner and rental equipment to support availability and timely returns.
• Collaborate with inventory and purchasing personnel to ensure necessary replacement parts and materials are available.
• Assist walk-in customers with service requests and general product inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve service coordination, communication, and overall customer satisfaction.
