Responsibilities

• Validate all invoices: mileage, labor times, parts lines, totals.
• Customize entries per account; input data in Fullbay + QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with Cash Management to support timely payments and strong collections.
• Work with service writers, parts and technicians to schedule jobs and onboard customers.
