Job summary

Empire Cooler Service, LLC is seeking a Service Administrator to support the Service Manager in daily operations, data entry, and maintaining accurate service records. The role requires strong Excel skills and a proactive, organized approach to multitasking and coordinating with field technicians, management, and customers.

You will work within the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery, generate reports, and help implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or operations role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering data, and report creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field technicians, management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service records, and operational databases.
• Analyze data and provide reports that support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with dispatch, accounting, and management teams to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining company procedures and best practices.
• Support special projects assigned by management.
