Job summary

Matsuura Machinery USA, Inc. is seeking a Service Administrator to support the daily operations of the Service Department in St. Paul, MN.

You will act as a primary contact for service-related inquiries, manage case intake in Salesforce, and help ensure timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include documenting cases, generating service reports, and assisting the Service Manager and VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated self-starter and a team player who can juggle multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and document management.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and document cases in Salesforce.
• Coordinate case intake, follow-ups, and assign/escalate cases as needed.
• Monitor open cases and generate operational reports for service performance.
