Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of related experience, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc).
• Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders, oversee warranty claims, and track manufacturer warranty status.
• Welcome and assist customers professionally, collect needed details for repairs, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Support proactive scheduling and efficient service operations to maintain high standards of service.
