Job summary

Hall’s Culligan in California is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems for commercial and residential customers, traveling to sites and working in diverse environments. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and clear customer communication.

You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, following SOPs, and ensuring safety on every job. The position is full-time, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, and offers paid time off,

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass driving record checks.
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle 8–10 hours daily.
• Must pass criminal background and drug screenings.
• Physically capable of performing duties; able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers professionally and clearly explain processes.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers and coworkers on maintenance.
• Maintain records of installations and troubleshooting with photos.
• Operate vehicles safely and perform required inspections and loading/unloading.
