Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation and develop a high-performance team
• Motivate staff to deliver top-notch pest control service with safety
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in customer and coworker interactions
• Assist with recruiting and training of Orkin Pros
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride‑Along program
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and service delivery
