Orkin is hiring a Service Manager in Saint Petersburg, FL to lead a high-performance service operation. You’ll train and develop the team, balance technical pest-control knowledge with strong people skills, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction that drives revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

• Lead an entire service operation and develop the team.
• Motivate the service team to deliver top-notch service while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain professional integrity with customers and coworkers.
