Job summary

Pomp in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily shop operations, coordinate service scheduling with customers, and supervise service staff to maintain workflow and quality. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driving record check.
• Experience in management and sales is preferred.
• Strongly preferred tire industry experience.
• Ability to read and verify work order details accurately.
• Familiarity with MaddenCo software is a plus.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose tire issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels.
• Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels.
• Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure service employees receive proper training and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
