Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience, and to assist in managing shift operations while coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

You will play a key role in creating legendary experiences for guests while upholding labor laws, food safety standards, and service excellence; prior restaurant or bar management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience.
• Assist in managing shift operations and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
