Job summary

Dayrise Residential in Texas invites a Service Manager to lead our maintenance team across communities, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained homes for residents. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, and prep vacant units for new residents while building a high-performing team.

We seek a hands-on leader with 2-3 years in multifamily maintenance leadership, EPA/CPO certifications, and proficiency with RealPage and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.
• Experience leading a multifamily maintenance team.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (required)
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage) and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• On-call rotation required
