Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team across our communities, ensuring safe, well-maintained homes and common areas. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor partnerships while driving a high-performing team.

Reports to the Community Manager. Requires EPA Type I/II or Universal and CPO certifications, plus 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
• Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to high standards.
• Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Oversee budget management and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (required)
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage) and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• On-call rotation required
