Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensure ready homes for new residents. You will manage vendor partnerships, budgets, safety, and on-call responsibilities while maintaining a positive, high-performing team.

The role reports to the Community Manager and requires 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership, EPA/CPO certifications, and proficiency with RealPage and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building systems expertise.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance and vendor services.
• Ensure units and common areas meet high standards.
• Foster a safe, clean, welcoming environment for residents.
• Oversee budget management and safety/regulatory compliance.

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
