Job summary

Dayrise Residential in Riverdale, GA is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs and preventive maintenance, and manage vendor partnerships to keep communities safe, ready, and operating at their best.

You will supervise a team, ensure high standards for units and common areas, and participate in on-call rotations. Reports to the Community Manager, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to residents and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification.
• CPO certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
• Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to our high standards.
• Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Oversee budget management and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency needs.

• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage) and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
