Qualifications

• One-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and train new team members.
• Develop and lead a maintenance team through diagnostics and resolutions.
• Mentor technicians to expand knowledge and skills.
• Provide expert troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more.
• Plan and manage on-call schedule and emergency response.
