You will oversee on-call scheduling, inventory, and preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with the Service Manager to maintain high-quality living environments across communities.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC knowledge and on-site repair proficiency.
• Familiarity with building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Certification or related training preferred for CFC/EPA standards.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose problems and guide the team in repairs.
• Provide expert maintenance knowledge across systems and areas.
• Establish and manage 24-hour on-call schedule for emergencies.
• Manage inventory of maintenance materials and tools.
• Inspect community buildings and vacant units regularly.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
