You’ll manage onboarding, training, and development of Orkin Pros, supervise schedules and safety, recruit talent, and partner with the community through outreach. The role offers a stable career with comprehensive benefits and company‑provided tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
• Recruit top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time.
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
