Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation and develop a team of professionals delivering top-notch pest control service. You will blend technical knowledge with strong people skills to build trust with customers and coworkers.

You’ll train and motivate staff, manage scheduling, and drive safety and efficiency while championing new products and technology for better service and growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service while prioritizing safety.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee the Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathetic service.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products and technology.
