Job summary

Wynn Odom Ford Inc in La Grange, NC is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise staff, optimize schedules, and drive service efficiency and profitability while upholding Ford standards.

The role requires proven automotive service management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Ford systems familiarity is a plus, with a high school diploma or equivalent and automotive certifications
