Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service team and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the dealership. You will oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, and repair order accuracy while driving key metrics and ensuring safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail dealership management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of service operations and diagnostics. Motorcycle dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred).
• Knowledge of service operations and technician productivity.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication with focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team, manage operations and ensure top customer experience.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, and repair order accuracy.
• Drive service metrics: revenue, labor hours per RO, CSI, profitability.
• Coach and develop team through performance management and training.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize dealership experience.
• Maintain safety standards and meet manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor service pipeline daily and ensure accurate records and communication.
• Ensure cashiering and documentation practices are correct.
