Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; four-year degree desirable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1–2 years related experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate others; strong written and verbal communication.
• Good problem solving and practical solution skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail oriented with safety awareness.
• Comfort with outdoor work, crawl spaces and attics where needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pest Tech routes and branch scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns including cancellations.
• Evaluate Pest Technician performance and provide coaching.
• Monitor inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
