Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a district, build a strong management team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will interview and hire staff, delegate responsibilities, and drive operational excellence to meet growth and profitability goals.

The role requires travel, on-call availability, and compliance with licensing and background checks. We value detail-oriented leaders with pest-control hands-on experience and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Successful background managing in pest control industry a plus.
• Available to travel as well as participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver’s license/clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives with the district management team.
• Review environments and business indicators to identify problems and coach teams.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership.
