Job summary

Dayrise Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead our maintenance team across communities. You’ll oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, and ready vacant homes for new residents while fostering a safe, high-performing environment.

You will report to the Community Manager and play a key role in budget management, safety compliance, and on-call coverage, ensuring our properties stay at the top of our standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (required).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
• Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to our high standards.
• Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Oversee budget management and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency needs.
