Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests.

You will drive guest satisfaction, enforce policy compliance, provide or direct Front of House training, and lead performance reviews. The role includes managing liquor costs, safety, and scheduling, while fostering a fun, safe workplace and ongoing staff development.

Responsabilités

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance, coaching, and discipline of Front of House staff
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees through daily feedback and coaching
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing workloads, scheduling, and task assignment during operating hours
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures
