Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in a role that blends leadership with hands‑on pest-control expertise. You will train and motivate a service team to deliver the world’s best service, prioritizing safety and integrity in every customer interaction.

You’ll work with award‑winning training, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to volunteer in the community while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service with safety as a priority
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management
• Lead training meetings
• Oversee the Ride‑Along program
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and empathetic service
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies
