Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation, train and motivate a team, and deliver exceptional pest-control service to customers. The role blends leadership with hands-on management and client interaction to drive growth and satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, coaching, and community engagement, while upholding safety, integrity, and professionalism. A company vehicle and tech tools support your daily work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service, prioritizing safety.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee the Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
