Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high‑performance service operation. You will train, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding, empathetic service to customers while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualificações

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage an entire service operation after training.
• Motivate the service team to deliver top-notch service while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride‑Along program.
