Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technical, or related field or equivalent experience.
• CDL preferred or can obtain CDL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations by leading staff and managing schedules.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive service solution sales by developing and promoting the portfolio across departments.
• Manage service department performance by monitoring budgets, KPIs, and compliance.
