Job summary

McCandless Truck Center - Aurora is seeking a Service Manager to lead and optimize the service department, aligning operations with business goals and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee daily workflows, build strong client relationships, drive service sales, manage budgets and KPIs, and foster a collaborative culture. The role offers growth in a premier dealership environment and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technical, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a dealership setting recommended.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations and staff.
• Build and manage customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Drive service solution sales and coordinate cross-department activities.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, warranties, and regulatory compliance.
