Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Experience in dealership or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Parts Strategy and Business to maximize profitability.
• Manage Parts Customer Relations and ensure availability and pricing meet expectations.
• Oversee Parts Operations, follow standards and maintain clean workspace.
• Ensure compliance and foster professional development within the team.
• Support Service Department leadership and promote teamwork.
