Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-end operations and ensure exemplary customer service in a fast-paced store. You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop hourly staff while managing performance and store profitability in the absence of store leadership.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in retail operations, merchandising, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management/retail/marketing preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading total building operations including profit and loss, safety, staffing, training, and merchandising.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and solution-focused decisiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive store sales, recruit, engage and retain team members.
• Train team members and prepare work schedules; manage discipline and performance.
• Coordinate hiring events and build candidate pipelines with Region Talent Advisor Specialist.
• Communicate promotions and product knowledge to the team and ensure customer satisfaction.
