Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Tucson, AZ seeks a Service Manager to drive customer satisfaction by leading a team in a fast-paced, friendly store environment. You will oversee front-end operations and serve as the store’s operational leader in the Store Manager and Assistant Manager’s absence.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and engage team members, monitor sales performance, labor, margins, and shrink, and foster a culture of service excellence with strong customer advocacy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with a high school diploma; degree in business-related field preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in retail with P&L, safety, staffing, and performance management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and supervise store coverage in absence of leadership.
• Schedule, train, and develop hourly team members; manage staffing and performance.
• Drive store sales while monitoring labor, margins, and shrink.
• Recruit and build candidate pipelines; coordinate hiring events.
• Ensure policy compliance, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
