Qualifications

• 5 years' service and maintenance experience with 3 years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Extensive Equipment Fleet Maintenance and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and train technicians to exceed standards.
• Responsible for R&M, P&L, and associated costs.
• Oversee parts department activities for optimal customer service.
