Qualifications

• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages repair and maintenance of company-owned and customer equipment.
• Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs.
• Orders parts to maintain supplies and keeps organized service records.
• Provides training and assistance to staff mechanics and coordinates with vendors.
• Creates, updates, and bills work orders; promotes safety awareness and quality checks.
