Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Extensive experience repairing self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities with supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Experience with maintenance issue diagnosis and reporting.
• Proficient in inventory management and record keeping.
• Competent with basic computer tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages repair and maintenance of company‑owned and customer equipment, organizes yard status (Ready to Rent, Returned, Down).
• Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs and ensure equipment availability.
• Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies.
• Provides training and guidance to staff mechanics.
• Coordinates with equipment vendors on maintenance requirements for new inventory.
• Documents equipment status before and after rental and maintains service records.
• Handles customer complaints and promotes safety awareness.
• Creates, updates, and closes work orders; maintains detailed reporting.
