Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Extensive repair/maintenance experience for self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning/scheduling and supervisory activities.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Experience with maintenance documentation and reporting.
• Planning and management experience.
• Competent with computers and basic software.
• Experience with inventory management and parts planning.

Responsibilities

• Manages repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment.
• Organizes yard (Ready to Rent, Returned, Down) and ensures equipment availability.
• Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies.
• Provides training and guidance to staff mechanics.
• Collaborates with vendors on maintenance requirements for new equipment.
• Documents equipment status before/after rental; handles warranties.
• Creates, updates and closes work orders; maintains service records.
• Promotes safety awareness and performs quality control checks.
