Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the servicing of company and customer equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and operational readiness. You will lead a team of mechanics, manage schedules, and coordinate parts and services to keep our fleet in top condition.

This role requires strong planning, supervisory experience, and an emphasis on safety, quality control, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to manage staff and provide training.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair issues in the industry.
• Excellent computer literacy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment.
• Prepare work schedules and handle service calls to meet customer needs.
• Order parts and maintain adequate supplies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff mechanics.
• Create and maintain service records and reports.
• Open work orders and bill accordingly.
• Promote safety awareness and perform quality checks.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance of new equipment.
