Job summary

ProForce Pest Control is seeking a Service Manager to lead a hybrid service team in the Atlanta metro area. The role focuses on coaching, improving route efficiency, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while supporting the Branch Manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has pest control experience, strong coaching and mentoring skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, onsite position with opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control industry, ideally residential services.
• Ability to coach frontline colleagues on technical aspects and regulatory requirements.
• Strong client rapport and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required state licenses or certifications.
• Ability to pass required background, MVR and Drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Service Pros to improve route efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure high service completion rate and quality customer experiences.
• Provide feedback to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist Branch Manager in training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Conduct ride-along training with new hires and existing staff.
• Support safety reporting and compliance with policies.
