Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver exceptional pest-control service. You will train and coach technicians, balance technical know-how with empathy, and drive customer satisfaction across the service operation.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage schedules and inventory, and champion new products and technology while ensuring safety and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-building experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to obtain pesticide license if required (paid by company).
