Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver top-notch pest control service. You will train and motivate staff, ensure safety, and maintain customer trust through expert communication and professional conduct.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and community-oriented service as part of a mission-driven company that values safety and innovation.

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
Lead training meetings.
Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program.
Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans with empathetic service.
Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new product, services and technology.
Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
