Orkin LLC is seeking a Service Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead a high-performance service operation and develop the team. The role blends technical pest-control knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world's best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
