Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager required.
• Strong technical acumen of automotive repair standards, tools, processes, etc.
• Previous experiences supporting or mentoring technicians strongly preferred.

• Greet customers and assess service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting and training service technicians in partnership with Store Manager.
• Support and learn to manage store performance goals including service sales and gross profit.
