Bottom Line Equipment is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the yard, shop and customer jobsites, ensuring service quality and safety compliance. You will manage the service department, coordinate technicians and maintain organized shop conditions to meet budget targets.

The role requires leadership experience in heavy equipment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Wynne System and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5 years of experience in heavy equipment management required.
• Proficient in Wynne System and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Sales and Customer Relations Concepts, Practices and Procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of DOT and OSHA guidelines.

Mansioni

• Oversee all BLE service activities for yard, shop and customer jobsites.
• Manage work orders for Field Technicians, Shop Mechanics and Helpers.
• Lead service department engagement with customers, BLE personnel, vendors and manufacturers.
