Qualifications

• Experience with service/work order software and MS Office; knowledge of safety regs and warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs and work areas to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Oversee reconditioning of used equipment and setup of new equipment.
• Review repair work orders for accuracy and approve equipment for release to customers.
• Diagnose complex machine problems with technicians and apprentices; provide hands-on instruction.
