Job summary

Pulse is seeking a Service Manager to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will lead service operations, train team members, and ensure top-notch guest experiences in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes learning, growth, and career potential within the Popeyes system. Responsibilities include training, process execution, and administrative duties such as forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for 4–10 hours, reach overhead, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard service team members, conduct orientation, and monitor PA completions.
• Manage alerts, ensure drive-thru speed initiatives, and maintain service basics.
• Oversee weekly forecasting, food orders, and staff schedules to support the shift huddles.
• Monitor the Restaurant Success Scorecard and track progress in Popeyes Academy.
